SITE MANAGEMENT

Registration

REGISTRATION:

Pre-registers patients allowing them to complete their medical history, current medications, medical consents, and liability waivers in advance, creating their patient Electronic Health Record (EHR).

After completion of pre-registration paperwork, allows patients to schedule appointments for both 1st and 2nd vaccinations.

Collects insurance information, as needed, or required.

Provides patient with a bar code that is scanned onsite for check-in and screening.

Automatically reminds the patient of their existing appointment as well as future appointments for their second vaccination follow up.
