MOBILE CLINICS CAN IMPROVE ACCESS BY SERVING AS A VITAL LINK BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY AND CLINICAL FACILITIES
Our state-of-the-art mobile units each include two exam rooms, with the ability to expand to an additional 10-bed facility using attachable infrastructure, fully equipped with the diagnostic capabilities required during most urgent, emergent, specialty and primary care visits, including the use of telehealth equipment to connect patients to providers as needed.

2022 | Hurricane Ian
On September 28, 2022, Hurricane Ian hit the west coast of Florida as a strong Category 4 Hurricane devasting multiple counties and severely impacting healthcare operations and hospital facilities in the area.
CDR Health was mobilized to provide a mobile clinic, providing primary and urgent medical needs assistance in various locations post-storm, where demand for services was needed most.

CDR Health was mobilized by the Florida Department of Health to provide a 10-Bed Freestanding Emergency Department in the Town of Fort Myers Beach ‘ground zero’, with the provision of immediate medical care for the local residents affected by Hurricane Ian. The site operated 24/7 and patients were not billed for services.
2023 | Hurricane Idalia
On August 30, 2023, at 7:45 a.m., Hurricane Idalia made landfall near Keaton Beach, Florida, as a high-end Category 3 hurricane with maximum sustained winds near 125 mph. Less than 20 miles south of where Idalia made landfall, businesses, boat docks, and homes in Steinhatchee were swallowed up by water surging in from Deadman’s Bay.
On August 31, 2023, CDR Health was mobilized by the Florida Department of Health to provide a mobile clinic in Steinhatchee, Florida, providing 24/7 urgent and primary care services, as well as prescription renewal. The mobile clinic served the residents of Steinhatchee for 9 days post-Hurricane Idalia.
