Assistant Vice President of Strategy & Business Development
For over a decade, Jacqueline Perez has been a prominent leader in the functional areas of project management, governmental contract procurement, and accounting. She has a proven and successful record of developing and implementing risk analysis and quality management plans on multiple contracts with government agencies, including the United States Department of Defense and Veteran Affairs, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Florida Department of Emergency Management, and the Florida Department of Health.
Prior to joining CDR, Jacqueline was the Deputy Director of Operations for P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG), the largest prime contractor for HUD at the time. In this role, she was instrumental in PKMG’s successful contract awards for hundreds of millions of dollars. PKMG became the market leader in the competitive Field Service Management industry.
Jacqueline first joined CDR Companies in 2021 as a Project Manager, where she assisted with the development and implementation of the Surfside Disaster Case Management System. This system consisted of the Surfside Family and Assistance Portal for residents’ unmet needs, donations, missing persons registration, missing items reporting, and mental health resources. She also assisted with the implementation of the CDR HealthPro Data Management System, which supported multiple COVID-19 projects, including testing, vaccination, and monoclonal antibody treatment sites. In 2022, following the destruction caused by Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Jacqueline transitioned to CDR Health where she was involved in the development of CDR Health’s Alternate Care Site in support of Lee County and the State of Florida.
In her current role as Assistant Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for CDR Health, she will manage the strategic vision for CDR Health in collaboration with the leadership team, fostering and cultivating client relationships and developing the business across the enterprise.
