Valerie Whitelaw is a retired Federal Bureau of Prisons retired Budget Analyst with 25 years of experience in handling medical billing and comprehensive medical contracts. She is our full time lead of accounts payable and accounts receivable operations for BOP contracts, and is the central point of contact for all reconciliation support.
