Tina Vidal-Duart is Chief Executive Officer of CDR Health Care, a subsidiary of CDR Companies, Inc., where she leads healthcare programs, public health initiatives and emergency medical operations in partnership with federal, state and local agencies. Since becoming CEO in April 2021, she has guided the company’s expansion across multiple states and overseen complex healthcare initiatives in high-pressure environments.
Vidal-Duart brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare operations, emergency response, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, logistics and business development. She began her career at Pacer Health Corporation, working with financially distressed hospitals and healthcare systems before advancing into senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development.
During the COVID-19 response, Vidal-Duart served as the contracted Chief Executive Officer of the State of Florida COVID-19 Infectious Disease Field Hospital System. Under her leadership, CDR Health Care supported major public health programs, including more than 3 million vaccinations, more than 4 million COVID-19 tests and approximately 150,000 monoclonal antibody treatments. The company has also conducted more than 250,000 refugee health assessments and supported emergency healthcare operations following major hurricanes.
Technology has become an increasingly important area of focus for Vidal-Duart. She is evaluating emerging technologies across artificial intelligence, advanced computing and next-generation processing systems, with an interest in how they may reshape the way organizations operate, make decisions and solve complex problems. Her work in this area spans both healthcare and broader business applications, building on CDR’s experience developing and deploying technology to support large-scale operations.
Vidal-Duart has also expanded her focus into personalized healthcare through Evita Wellness, a wellness and longevity brand focused on functional and precision medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic care and aesthetics.
In addition to leading CDR Health Care, Vidal-Duart is Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of CDR Companies, Inc., contributing to enterprise strategy and oversight across a diversified organization supporting healthcare, government and infrastructure-related services.
Vidal-Duart is also active in civic, educational, and cultural leadership, including serving as Chair of Florida Grand Opera and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Florida Atlantic University.
