Registration:

Pre-registers patients allowing them to complete their medical history, current medications, medical consents, and liability waivers in advance, creating their patient Electronic Health Record (EHR).

After completion of pre-registration paperwork, allows patients to schedule appointments for both 1st and 2nd vaccinations.

Collects insurance information, as needed, or required.
